The changes include:
- Mediawiki was upgrade to the most current version.
- The addition of a citation tag, so references can be added to properly attribute sources, this was sorely overdue.
- The look and feel of the front page of the wiki was redesigned to better capture the different major categories of the site.
- Social bookmarking tags were added to the bottom of each page of the wiki to make it easier to email, share and bookmark pages of interest.
There has also been a lot of content added in the last two weeks as well.

A few new items were added or updated with new information this week:
Swampbuster
Wetland Mitigation
Wetland Restoration
Rapanos v. US
Many other pages were edited, but only minor revisions.
There is still a lot of basic work to be done, upgrade Mediawiki, create portals, upload photos, and add information to many of the basic pages (eg. Types of wetlands)
For some reason, I have been focusing on the Wetland Law portions of the site this week, next week its back to basics!
If you have any information that you would like to add, please do!
